Woodworking Production Supervisor

Growing commercial interiors company seeks a skilled production supervisor to fill critical role driving production from construction drawings to cut files to fabrication. Project types include full environments, fixtures, displays, furnishings, and other forms of architectural millwork. Project scopes involve all aspects of architectural design, engineering, fabrication, and installation.



This position involves managing a production team of approximately 40 craftspeople to produce high-end custom millwork. Production can involve developing between 10 and 15 projects of different scope and size, and in different stages, at once. Tight deadlines and the highest standards of quality are a fixture of all projects.

Skills and qualifications include:
AutoCAD and AutoDesk Inventor knowledge required, functional experience a plus
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings required
Working knowledge of woodworking required
At least 5 years experience required
Hands-on woodworking experience a plus


Candidate must be able to demonstrate ability to interpret drawings and plan production in an interview setting. Candidate may also be asked to provide examples of his/her own woodwork.
